When OnGet/SetFileSecurity() are absent, file permission error does not happen.
ah..... it's the meaning of 'Optional'.

But, the second problem(empty volume doesn't open) still exists.

Yes, there was a bug there. Thank you for the information.
The fix will be available in the nearest build.

About the OnGet/SetFileSecurity() callbacks. We will make sample with them for CallbackFS ver.3. Also, if there is any error there then it will be fixed too.

Yes, we are working on it now and it's expected to be released in the middle of this autumn.
