OK. Fixed sample and installed AQTime to try it. At the and of main function there is Console.ReadLine() to prevent main to exit. At this point all Mounter and CallbackFileSystem objects should be collected and Live Count in allocation profiler should be 0. And it is the exact number of allocations.

I am sorry but I am not sure that I got your message right. Did AQTime expose the problem for you?

For me AQTime refused to run Allocation Profiler at all. I have reported the issue to AutomatedQA, but got no reply yet. CLR Profiler also crashes with exception when I try to run it. So I have no news for you at the moment.

Yes AQtime 6 works for me amd CLRProfiler as well. I attached the aqtime project and clrprofiler log files. aqtime project has saved result which shows the problem. There are 2 CLRprofiler logs, mounter.log which shows the same problem and Mounter_NoEvent.log where I dont create this event and then everything being disposed.
