Windows Explorer is restarted when new drive is mapped. This happenes only when no Explorer windows are open.

I am using Vista 64-bit SP1, .Net 2.0, CBFS v2.0.38

In Windows Application log I see the following info:

Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x4791970c, faulting module VSMntNtf.dll_unloaded, version, time stamp 0x48af0414, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000000010005bcb, process id 0xf48, application start time 0x01c909e31caf55dd.
