Thanks, the new build is looking good, we have however noticed a problem which we have not seen before. If I have a hidden "thumbs.db" file in my directory and I delete it, my application crashes with an "ExecutionEngineException". The last callback we get is OnDelete which succeeds and exits from our code. Is there anything I can do to debug this problem?

We are also seeing occasions where GetFileInfo requests an invalid filename:

Code
FileName             @"\ "                string

It seems to be a "\\" followed by 2 non-printable characters.

Does the problem also occur on the Mapper sample from the CallbackFS package? We need a way to reproduce it.

The mounter sample crashes with an ExecutionEngineException before I can even browse to the drive.

OK, the invalid path problem only seems to appear on machines with Adobe Reader 8.0 installed so may not be a bug in CBFS but the thumbs.db problem happens on all machines when using the new CBFS build.

It seems to happen on any hidden file.

On further testing it seems to happen when deleting any single file. Have you been able to reproduce the problem?

“A thread tried to release a resource it did not own”

STOP: 0x000000E3 (0x88A218C8, 0x89E3B3C8, 0x00000000, 0x00000002)

We need a crash dump for the BSOD.

No, I haven't. Are you using .NET1.1 version of the CallbackFS library? If it's possible try to reproduce the problem with .NET2.0 sample. But ensure that all code (the driver and the user mode components) are from the latest build.
