ECBFSError Class not Marked as Serializable

When ECBFSError exception occurs in .NET application the exception cannot be passed via remoting because ECBFSError class is not marked with SerializableAttribute. I hope it is easy to fix this, just add [Serializable()] before ECBFSError class definition.
