Using the older version of CBFS I was able to open files on my virtual disk rather quickly, in about 5 seconds for a 1 or 2 megabyte jpeg type file. Using the new RC2 version that amount of time has increased threefold to about 15 seconds. Have you made any changes that would affect performance?

We haven't made any changes that affect performance. Could you give us a test program so we can be able to examine this problem? Or at least please specify the following:
- Type of the CallbackFS api that you are using (.NET, Delphi, C++).
- Version of Windows (including whether it's 32 or 64 bit).
- Where is a jpeg file really located (remotely, in a local file or somewhere else)?
- Type of a mounting point that is used to access the file.

The performanmce problem was in my code, not yours.
