I've occasionally noticed that v_cbfs.AddMountingPointEx(strDest, TRUE); sometimes doesn't return. No exceptions are thrown. The call just doesn't return back. I'm not sure what casuses us to get into this state. A reboot fixes it.
Any ideas?

Do any callbacks happen when you call this method? Can it be that the callbacks are causing a deadlock or just don't return?

Sincerely yours

The version of CBFS that I am using doesn't have the AddMountingPointEx method, only the AddMountingPoint method. Do I have an old version?

I haven't been able to repro it recently. When I get a repro I'll make sure that it isn't caused by one of our callbacks.
