We are using the BizCrypto SFTP adapter. I have the username and password to connect to the SFTP server. But before writing the file in to the server are there any commands that will change the owner of the file.

You can use SFTPOnAfterTransfer property to specify the SSH "chown" command to be executed after file transfer has been finished. See: https://www.eldos.com/documentation/bi...nsfer.html
Use the below syntax to invoke it:
<command type="ssh" value="chown flags owner:group filename" />
