Issue connecting o sft server location

We recently statrted getting issue downloading the file from the SFTP server loaction using eldos adapter in a Biztalk application.

Can you guys please help what could be the issue.

If you didn't change anything in your setup, then the issue is related to the local file which can not be opened. Unfortunately .NET Framework (on top of which both BizTalk and BizCrypto are built) is not very informative when it comes to filesystem errors. So the error codes we use also don't point at the exact problem.

What you need to check is that the local path exists and is accessible for the user account, under which BizTalk is run. The simplest test case would be to make "C:/Users/biztalk/AppData/Local/Temp/" writeable for Everyone (at least for a test) and see if the problem goes away.
