When trying to connect to a remote SFTP server with the BizCrypto adapter for download i get the following error "SSH error 2" followed by a stack trace and "SFTP component not connected".
Could you direct me to which settings i should try and change?

Thank you for contacting us.

The server seems to not understand progressive SFTP transfer techniques and simply closes the connection. Please set the Compatibility Mode property of the adapter to Old and check if it helps overcome the problem.

Setting Compatibility mode to old did not solve the problem. The error in the logfile is the same as before.

Just to be sure that enabling old compatibility mode doesn't help, could you please confirm that you have restarted both BizTalk host instance and your BizTalk application after changing the value of the property?

If both the host instance and the application had been restarted, could you please try another solution:

1) Revert Compatibility Mode back to Default,
2) Set Pipeline Length to 1,
3) Set AutoAdjustTransferBlock to False,
4) Set DownloadBlockSize to 4096.

I have not yet restarted the Host instance, i will have to wait for a service window.

A host restart did not solve the problem (the solution does not use orchestrations so an application restart was not made).
Neither did setting those 3 parameters written above (do i require a host restart for those too?).

I am peerfectly able to connect using FileZilla, do you need any information from FIleZilla's log?

Hmm, I actually have another guess. Yes, could you please send us FileZilla's log - it is likely to confirm or reject the assumption?

Unfortunately, my guess was not correct. I have also had a deeper look into the adapter log. The actual operation that results in error is remote directory browsing (however the error code itself is not consistent according to the SFTP specification). Could you please re-check that the name of remote directory is passed correctly? Please note that you must start a path from the "./" characters if you wish to provide a path relative to user's home directory (e.g. "./my/directory" if the path you need to access is "~/my/directory").
