What are the reasons that the SFTP adapter would be returning no files found when attempting to pull files from an external SFTP site? I can use FileZilla to logon to the SFTP server and see the files there but even with a file mask of * or *.* I keep getting the following in the trace:

And I just noticed that after 3 occurrences of this 'No such file' error the Host Instance is shut down. This is not good.

Thank you for contacting us.

The most popular reason for this error is a non-conformant value of the remote path. Please keep in mind that, depending on the server settings, you might have to specify the remote path in absolute form (/home/user/file) or relatively to the user's home directory (./user/file).

Can you please remind us the build number of BizCrypto you are using?

7.0.0.155

I really appreciate your very fast response, it solved the problem.

Thanks!

Great, thank you for letting us know.

Yes, 7.0.155 really had the problem you described (BizTalk host instance shutdown after a sequence of failures). It has been fixed later though, and the latest BizCrypto build (7.1.163) is free of this issue.
