FTPS Adapter, space in file error

I'm not sure if I've submitted this before but the FTPS adapter doesn't handle files with spaces in them properly when attempting to pull from an FTPS server.

The file was called 'DST Reconcile.xls.pgp' but when polling the adpater only sees 'Reconcile.xls.pgp' which is not on the server, so the space is throwing it off. This was fixed as soon as we removed the space from the file name on the FTPS server.

Thank you for the report. I guess what might cause such an issue. We will add the necessary workaround in the future build update (7.1.162).
