CoreFTP gets use of one significant option that may affect successful data channel negotiation, clear command channel mode (CCC). Please switch on the corresponding property ("Clear Command Channel") in the adapter settings and check if the adapter is able to upload files now.

And does the adapter upload files correctly if Clear Command Channel property is turned on?

Thank you.

I seem to know the reason for the issue. Just to ensure, would you be so kind to try the debug application once again? I've attached a new version of it to your Helpdesk ticket.

Please try to connect and upload the file twice: first time with "CCC workaround" checkbox checked on the connection settings dialog, and the second time with "CCC workaround" unchecked (in both cases "CCC" checkbox should be turned on).

Thank you in advance.

I tried both scenarios. Unfortunately it didn't work either. The file is not uploaded to our FTP site using your updated tool by checking or unchecking CCC workaround checkbox

Thank you for checking.

Would it be possible to set up a test account on the server, so that we could try to reproduce the issue from our office? That would be really great and could help to resolve the issue much faster.
