Set both Socket Timeout and Transfer Timeout to 20000 and only transfer one file. Check Windows Event Viewer and find no errors. Below is the log file.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the log should be checked after the timeout is exceeded (i.e., in 20 seconds if the timeout is set to 20000). Have any new messages been written to the log later?

I did check log, however I didn't transfer file. Below is trace information in the log file.

Would you be so kind to try to upload the file to your server manually using the attached executable? It seems that the data connection is blocked by the firewall or NAT. If the application will expose the same behavior as the adapter, then either wrong connection parameters are used, or the firewall should be configured to allow FTP connections to server.

BTW, did you have a chance to check if you are able to connect to the server from the BizTalk machine using some other FTP client application?

I used core FTP pro to connect to VAN and I can upload file though the client application without issues. You mentioned the attached exeutable. where I can find it?

I cannot upload file using your FTP client either. The error message is "Control channel transer error ( error code is 10054)
