Hello,

I have a need to use SFTP transfer for files with SSIS packages in MSSQL 2005.

I have downloaded the SecureBlackBox SFTP and installed it. I figured out how to add the DLLs to GAC and found how to add a new connection in the connection manager of SSIS.

Where is the TASK in SSIS for me to specify the path and file to get? How do I get it to execute to grab the file?

The help is confusing, I cannot find any "How to", and I would very much like to test this because I believe this solution will work and my employer would be purchasing if it works. Please help?

Really, it should be done by installer automatically.

You need to add tasks into Toolbox.
Please, do following:
1. Open any SSIS package and open your Toolbox.
2. Right-click in Toolbox and select "Choose Items..." menu. Click on SSIS Control Flow Items tab in the dialog.
3. Find out from the list which BizCrypto components (assemblies
BizCrypto.SqlServer.*) you would like to use and select the checkbox next to it.
The selected components should appear in Toolbox.

Thank you for responding. Later in the afternoon I did figure this out and it is as you say.

Right click the "Toolbox" and select "Choose Items"

This window displays all the SSIS Control Flow and Data Flow tasks.

Choose the ones you need and they appear in the Toolbox on the the left.

Thank you very much!
