This event is fired when negotiation starts.

  • Safe - Specifies if client supports protected renegotiation.
  • Allow - Specifies whether to allow renegotiation.


    This event is fired by TElHTTPSServer when renegotiation process starts. The handler could prevent the renegotiation by setting parameter Allow to False.
