Specifies whether client certificate should be requested

Description

    This property defines whether the server should request the client's certificate. If the client doesn't have a certificate, the server closes the connection. If the client has one, the OnCertificateValidate event is fired.
    Client authentication is used very rarely. Use this option in case when you are sure that all clients have certificates.
