Public Property ObjectData As Byte()
array<unsigned char>^ ObjectData;
void setObjectData(byte value);
[Delphi / Pascal (VCL)]
property ObjectData : array of byte;
DynamicArray<System::Byte> * ObjectData;
- Value - The buffer with data to get or set
- ValueSize - specifies the size of the buffer passed in Value parameter. In getter function this parameter upon return contains the size of the data placed in the buffer, or, if the buffer was too small, the size needed to accomodate all data.
Use this property to set or retrieve the data of the single object being synchronized. Note, that if the data was not set, retrieval of the property can return null/nil/nothing or empty buffer (depending on API).
The length of the value is not limited, but overall design of Rethync doesn't expect values to be large. Exact limits depend on the carrier speed and endpoint storage and processing capabilities.
Actual contents of ObjectData property are not important for Rethync. Some kind of serialized object data is supposed to be stored there. Client and server code should serialize and deserialize this data during synchronization.
