IDMap class is used to keep mapping between IDs of objects on the client side and on the server side.
The class is useful when you synchronize datasets managed by different software on the client and on the server (eg. MS Exchange on the server and Android contacts database on the client). You can serialize and deserialize ID maps for keeping them between synchronization sessions.
