Specifies whether boolean flag is used instead of UDP notification message to kick worker threads.

    void setNoUDPNotify(bool Value);
    bool getNoUDPNotify(void);

    property NoUDPNotify : boolean;

    Property IMCXInetTransport6.NoUDPNotify As Boolean

    HRESULT _stdcall IMCXInetTransport6.NoUDPNotify([in] VARIANT_BOOL Value );
    HRESULT _stdcall IMCXInetTransport6.NoUDPNotify([out, retval] VARIANT_BOOL * Value );

    public bool NoUDPNotify;

    Public Property NoUDPNotify As Boolean

    not applicable

[Java ME]
    not applicable

    void __stdcall MCInetTransportSetNoUDPNotify(HMCInetTransport h, bool value);
    bool __stdcall MCInetTransportGetNoUDPNotify(HMCInetTransport h);

  • h - handle to the object that was returned by Create method

     When this property is set to false, UDP message is sent to the worker threads to notify them about necessity to send a message or shutdown. When this property is set to true, boolean flags and timeouts instead of UDP messages are used to notify worker threads. Set NoUDPNotify to true when UDP messages don't work (are blocked by firewall etc).

     Setting NoUDPNotify to true will increase CPU load and slow down transfer. Effect is insignificant though.
