Unlike many 3rd party components Eldos's Blackbox suite installs cleanly into Delphi and C++ Builder. The number of components is staggering, providing great value for money. The ability to integrate SSL and SSH functionality within Delphi and Builder applications is invaluable to companies communicating confidential data over the Internet. No knowledge of SSH or SSL was needed (or assumed) as the Eldos components insulate the developer from the complexity of the encryption and communication protocols. The components were incredibly simple to embed within my application and only a few function calls were necessary to achieve my goal of transferring files over FTPS. Eldos provide plenty of example projects. Technical support was readily available at no additional cost. I am happy to recommend Eldos software to other developers. I have deployed software based on Eldos components that is successfully running 24/7. I have not experienced a single software failure since deployment 1 year ago.
