As listed on Support page, there are several options for getting support. Note, that technical support is not provided by e-mail. Support team answers all requests within 48 (usually 24) hours. If there are troubleshooting requests, they are served in the order they were received.
Registered users have right for priority support. This means that if there are several requests, first all requests of registered users are served in the order they were received, then the rest of requests is processed.
Talking about the level of explanations, please remember the following: we sell a car but we don't teach driving. We can explain how to change oil or what features make the engine unique. But if you never saw a car before, we can offer you driving classes only as a separate service.
