SMTP Transport
SMTP protocol is the mainstream protocol for delivery of e-mail messages over Internet. SMTP can be run over SSL/TLS secured connection for secure delivery of e-mail to the destination system.

SMTP Transport lets you send mail from your server via SMTP connection. The transport supports SSL/TLS security in both implicit (SMTP over SSL) and explicit (AUTH TLS command) modes.
By using SMTP transport with MIME Data Security package you can send e-mail messages, signed and encrypted using S/MIME. The transport is available as an Adapter for Microsoft BizTalk server, Connection and Task for SQL Server Integration Services and an Activity for Workflow Foundation and SharePoint Server. SMTP Transport can be licensed as part of SecureBlackbox Transports package or SecureBlackbox Professional. |
