Ordering process

You can order SecureBlackbox® online now (via Internet), or send a purchase order. If you have troubles with international payments, you can get help from one of our local resellers.

Online payment can be done with Credit Card, PayPal, Wire Transfer, Check or Money Order.

When you order online (using the price calculator), your order is processed by share-it!, service of Digital River, our online order processing agent. If you pay with a credit card, you will see "www.element5info.com" in your credit card bank statement.

To meet local or corporate regulations you can use services of one of authorized local resellers. Resellers offer alternative methods of payment and territory-specific accounting procedures.

Delivery

EldoS Corporation uses ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) method for delivery. This means that the license information is delivered electronically (by e-mail or via HelpDesk) and no physical product is shipped.

The orders are usually processed within 48 hours. If you have not received the registration letter within this period (usually this happens because of antispam filters which block e-mail registration letters), please use our Web-based Helpdesk system to request the license.

You can request a digitally signed PDF or a signed paper copy of the license agreement.

Invoices
