New editions of software license agreements published

We have reviewed the original text of our license agreements and found out that we need to clarify certain terms and conditions in order to better reflect the user rights. So we introduced the revised version of our software license agreements.The revisions provide certain term definitions (paragraphs 1.7-1.11) and more precisely describe the rights of the Licensee in Section 3 of the text including the right for updates and support. Wording has been changed in Section 4 (Termination and Transfer). Paragraph 9.2 (licensing of major versions) has been added and some paragraphs were removed from Section 9 (General Provisions).
Previous versions of the license agreements are available for archiving purposes.
New edition of the license agreement becomes valid for all orders placed after 17'th of January, 2008. The customers, who purchased the licenses before or on this date, may choose the edition of the license agreement that will regulate their use of the licensed software.
