What support can I expect?

As listed on Support page, there are several options for getting support. Support team answers all requests within 48 (usually 24) hours. If there are troubleshooting requests, they are served in the order they were received.
Users of Commercial License have right for priority support. This means that if there are several requests, first all requests of registered users are served in the order they were received, then the rest of requests is processed.
