Sign the generic data

To sign the generic data, you need to setup an instance of TElXMLReference (see the corresponding how-to article) as follows:

• set URIData property to contain the external data
• set URI property to the URI of the external data
• set SignatureType property of TElXMLSigner to xstDetached
