The license gives you
- royalty-free license (set of rights to use and/or distribute the components according to the chosen license);
- lifetime free standard support (see support policy for details). Customers of the Ultimate license have priority in support;
- free code updates until release of version 3.0;
- significant discounts on next major versions. The Ultimate license includes free license upgrades for all future major versions;
- complete source code of both kernel-mode driver and user-mode APIs (when Company License With Source Code is selected)
Ordering process
You can order Callback File System™ online (via Internet), using a purchase order or with help of one of our resellers.
Online payment can be done with Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Check, Money Order and PayPal.
When you order online (using the order form on this page), your order is processed by share-it!, service of Digital River, our online order processing agent. It will be it's name in your credit card bank statement when you pay with a credit card.

You can also choose from the variety of authorized resellers to place an order. Resellers offer alternative methods of payment and sometimes offer discounts.

Delivery
The license information is delivered electronically (by e-mail or via HelpDesk). No physical product is shipped.
The orders are usually processed within 48 hours. If you have not received the registration letter within this period (usually this happens because of antispam filters which block e-mail registration letters), please use our Web-based Helpdesk system to request the license.
Invoices
EldoS Corporation issues invoices for the payments made to the company. If you order online using using share-it! services, please see this information.
Discounts
